1. Who is responsible for the processing of your (personal) data?
If you use our services, we are the controller for the processing of your personal data within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). This means we determine the purposes and means of processing your personal data. We see it as our responsibility to handle your data with the utmost care and confidentiality.
2. What data is collected and for what purpose?
If you use one of our services or contact us (for any other reason), we may collect the data you provide to us directly. This includes, among other things, your first and last name, address details (street name, house number, postal code, city and country), phone number, email address, bank details, and any other information you (actively) provide to us, for example in correspondence, by phone, or when scheduling an appointment. If you visit our website for business purposes, we also collect your company name, VAT number and profession. We collect the aforementioned personal data from you for various purposes. We collect your data to:

· process and answer your questions;
· perform the agreement we have with you;
· communicate with you regarding comments or feedback;

· compile and analyze statistics on the use of our website(s);

Special and/or sensitive personal data
We do not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16, unless permission has been obtained from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. For this reason we advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. We take your privacy seriously and ensure your data is handled confidentially and with the utmost care. ActiveCampaign
The marketing automation system we use is ActiveCampaign. This database system stores data. When requesting information from our website, we ask for your email address. We process this email address in our database.
The data in ActiveCampaign is hosted by them via AWS in the US. For more information, see ActiveCampaign:
Calendly To schedule appointments, we use the scheduling system Calendly[LH1] . To be able to schedule an online meeting, the necessary contact details are processed. Your data may be transferred to third countries such as the US. There is no adequacy decision from the EU Commission for the USA. Google Workspace
For our regular business email traffic we use the services of Google Workspace. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Personal data is stored in Google Workspace. Google Workspace stores application data in ISO 27001 certified facilities, ensuring appropriate technical and organizational security measures are maintained. Google Workspace has no access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.
5. How long is your data kept?
We do not keep the collected data any longer than strictly necessary for the purpose for which the data was originally collected or processed. Insofar as no statutory retention period is set for certain data processing purposes, we will never keep this data longer than two (2) years after it is no longer necessary.

6. What rights do you have regarding the processing of data?
We would like to point out your rights regarding the personal data we collect and process:
· Right of access
You have the right to request and view the personal data we collect and process about you. We will send you this data if you ask for it.
· Right to rectification and completion
You have the right to have your data corrected if it was incorrectly provided, has since changed, or was processed incorrectly. We will amend your data if you ask us to.
· Right to erasure
In a number of cases you have the right to have your data deleted by us. This is the case if:
