About the project

Set in the green surroundings of Park 20|20, the final piece of the puzzle is falling into place: The Campus.

Park 20|20 is already home to national and international companies such as L'Oréal Nederland, Bluewater Energy Services, Sony Benelux and FIFPRO. But Park 20|20 is not complete yet. Its final development, The Campus, is still taking shape.

This brand-new, first-class office location consists of five buildings, each with its own identity, together forming a natural whole. Stylish interiors, excellent hospitality and smart technology provide extra comfort. Everything about The Campus is state of the art, full of creativity and just a stone's throw from Amsterdam.

Brand strategy

Centuries old yet still relevant, Feng Shui provided the guiding principle. This Chinese philosophy was central to shaping The Campus brand and is built around balance between people and their surroundings. Feng Shui uses the elements water, wood, earth, metal and fire to create harmony.

The five buildings of The Campus are based on these elements, each with its own sub-identity. We developed and brought this concept to life together with MVSA Architects and G&S Vastgoed. Construction of The Campus is now underway.

Brand design & brand experience

Logo

The new logo we developed for The Campus is simple but effective. Its line refers to the circular principles at the heart of the project, as well as the 'shell' that brings the five buildings together. Each building has its own logo based on the same circle, filled with shapes inspired by its corresponding Feng Shui element.

Colour

Premium, modern and sustainable were some of the key words that shaped The Campus brand. The new colour palette reflects those qualities, with a neutral base that can be applied across a wide range of communications. A sharp green draws the eye and is used to create emphasis and recognition.

Visual language

The green line from the logo is central to The Campus's visual language. It symbolises time and a view towards the future, reinforcing the tagline we developed: 'The Future is Now'. Now is the time to think ahead and make a difference by treating our surroundings and their elements in a sustainable, circular way.

Website

The website we developed for The Campus serves two purposes. It explains the circular concept and raises awareness of sustainability in the workplace, while also attracting potential tenants. Each building is presented individually, supported by clear facts and the option to schedule a viewing. Throughout the website, the concept itself provides the proof.

Park 20|20

The Campus is located at Park 20|20 in Hoofddorp. While developing The Campus brand, we were also asked to create the branding and website for the wider Park 20|20 development. The circular concept forms the foundation here too, but the execution differs because accessibility was more important than a high-end feel.

We carried key elements of The Campus into the Park 20|20 brand, while giving it a lighter base, different typography and its own colour palette.
