The search for talent
Attracting top talent takes more than a strong employer brand. Rituals uses employee referrals to draw on the experience and networks of its own people. The Talent Toolkit gives everyone involved in recruitment and selection the essential tools to streamline the hiring process and save valuable time.
Stuurmen Branding Agency was commissioned to shape the user flow, design and develop the online toolkit, including a series of mini-games.
